Manufactured from durable, life-like silicone, this wound supports realistic skin tear recognition, wound assessment, dressing practice, documentation, patient communication, and scenario-based education. The tapered edges assist with seamless blending onto a manikin or live role player, maintaining anatomical realism throughout simulation exercises.
Skin Tear Category 3 Simulation for Clinical Wound Training
This silicone wound is ideal for scenarios involving fragile skin assessment, aged care wound management, nursing education, clinical wound care, patient handling incidents, falls, transfer injuries, and trauma presentations.
